Context of the different rooms:

Room 1 - is almost as though you have your own self-contained flat within a shared house. You have a kitchen area and storage space/fridge with your own 2 seater sofa as well as a kitchen table. This is separate to the bedroom/ bathroom area- it's really something unusual about the local homes. You get the best of both worlds- all bills are included AND you're able to socialise with others too if you so wish. The laundry & hot cooking facilities are in the main house. The original Victorian fireplace has been preserved in the room. It's bloody lush. Not for couples, sorry!

Room 2- First floor rear facing, very large room. Quiet. Comes with a desk & king size bed. Triple wardrobe. Its en-suite is large! If I were to choose one of these rooms to rent myself, this one would be top of the list.

Room 3- Rear facing first floor, large room. Lush. Has a king size bed & triple wardrobe. Massive en-suite. Original feature in the way of a lovely Victorian fireplace. Nice and quiet, but central to the house itself.

Room 4- This is the Chieftains room! Very spacious and still manages to have a great en-suite. Front facing bay room onto the leafy street. Great space to have desk/ instruments etc. King size bed & triple wardrobe.

Room 5- Rear facing top floor. Lovely quiet top-floor room with a great ensuite complete with full size vanity unit ideal for storage. Double bed with storage room underneath.

Room 6 - Front facing top floor room looking down onto the trees below. It's a retreat up here, very zen. You have your own sizeable ensuite as well as being very close to the shared bathroom. Triple wardrobe and king size bed.

For convenience to all areas of Cardiff you'll not do much better than this- the house is walking/cycling distance to Cardiff Uni, City Centre and Heath Hospital/UHW.
There are lots of amenities literally on the doorstep e. g. gyms, supermarkets & takeaways.
Live in the heart of one of Cardiff’s most vibrant neighbourhoods- think artisan coffee by day, buzzing bars by night and leafy lake park strolls whenever you need to recharge. Sounds alright!!
