Double Room Near Uhw, in a Luxury House

We have one double room available in an amazing house on Australia Rd, Heath. The property currently has four friendly students in their 2nd year and they are looking for a 5th student to join them.
The house is newly decorated and has beautiful Ikea furniture in every room. It's a spacious property and the kitchen has plenty of storage space, and all modern appliances, such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridge freezers, microwave etc. Kitchen and living room are open plan and also lead out on to the ornate patio area.
The available bedroom has a double Ikea bed, Ikea double wardrobe, Ikea chest of drawers, Ikea curtains and desk and chair.
If you are interested, please state if you are a student, your course, which year, which country are you from and how will you fund your rent. This house is suitable for full time students as the Council Tax would otherwise be an issue.
