Student house in Africa Gardens

Hi! We are two girls going to Cardiff Met preferably looking for other female housemates. The current lease ends on November 7th, but the other tenants may be moving out earlier. Everyone living in the house is bilingual so we'd absolutely love if people from other cultures join. We're religion and LGBTQ friendly. The two living here are pretty relaxed, we like to go out occasionally and make dinners together so living with people we can get along with is important.

It's a large 4 bed house with a cosy shared living room and large kitchen + conservatory. Washing machine and dryer included. One bathroom with a shower and another half-bath with just a toilet. One of the bedrooms is smaller than the other, so that one will come with another office room that you can do with as you please. The house is situated a 5 minute walk from both a tesco and Sainsbury's, a 30 minute walk to the city centre, and lots of bus stops nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and has a nice park outside. The current rent is £303/month, and bills turn out to be around ££50/person in the summer,£80/person in the winter.

Other students are preferred for council tax reasons, but professionals will be considered. Message for any more details and photos ! :)
