Mixed Student/Professional House in Maindy

Hi! We are three international girls mixed student/professional preferably looking for other female housemates. The current lease ends on November 7th, So looking for somebody fairly soon. Everyone living in the house is bilingual so we'd absolutely love if people from other cultures join. We're religion and LGBTQ friendly. The three living here are pretty relaxed, we mostly mind our own business but have occasionally had house dinners before.

It's a large 4 bed house with a cosy shared living room and large kitchen + conservatory. Washing machine and dryer included. Two bathroom, one of which that has been recently redone. The house is situated a 5 minute walk from both a tesco and Sainsbury's, a 30 minute walk to the city centre, and lots of bus stops nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and has a nice park outside. The current rent is £318.75/month, though will likely rise a little the next lease period, and bills turn out to be around £60/person in the summer,£80/person in the winter.

Young professionals are preferred for council tax reasons, though students will be considered as well :)
