Near Crwys/Albany/Wellfield Roads, as well as both Roath recreation grounds. We get the best of Roath without the price tag! Perfect location for getting into town too, 25min walk in, or there are direct bus links on Crwys Road.

My friend is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to take over the room. You'll be living with me - I'm an artist so work from home a fair amount. Looking for someone kind, chill, with a good sense of humour! Would love for you to be up for chats and some nights out occasionally, but also likes their own space. Also looking for someone who's looking more for a home rather than a stopgap. I've previously lived with males and females, so no preference.

PLEASE NOTE - Roon furniture pictured will change as flatmate owns own furniture - the room will come with double bed, desk, a chest of drawers. You're welcome to bring your own furniture if you have it. The living room will clear too, as flatmate owns all the workout gear.

Flat has its quirks and needs modernising, but everything works, and has been a solid home for me and my bro the past 5 years. Landlady is really good too.
