This is a low-occupancy, quiet household with just one live-in landlord (me). The third bedroom is used as my office and is not rented out, so the house never feels busy or crowded.

About me
I’m a mature Creative and Therapeutic Arts student studying a full time BA at USW Treforest. I also work part-time as a creative facilitator and digital creator for a comminuty allotment so in the spring and summer i bring home lots of fresh fruit and veg! I also often use the dining room as a shared creative space and occasionally co-work with friends around it.
I’ve travelled extensively, living off-grid and in community-based living environments, so I really value shared responsibility, mutual respect, and people who understand how to live considerately with others.
I have a small black cat, shes a playful and friendly diva who's invisible in the dark. She's an outdoor feline, has a cat flap and roams the whole house.

I occasionally have LGBTQ+ friends visiting for relaxed low-key social time, so this would suit someone who enjoys a friendly, queer-affirming household rather than a very closed or isolated living arrangement.

Important note:
I’m in my 3rd year of uni and study from my home office wednesday and thursday afternoons and all day friday (+ weekends close to deadlines) If you work from home you can use the office space all day monday and tuesday and wednesday and thursday mornings only. There is an incredible queer co-working space called Tŷni around the corner i highly recommend for the rest of the week.

Adamsdown is close to transport links, city centre access, and local amenities.

Parking
I dont have a vehicle so you'd be able to secure a resisdent parking permit. Parking on this street is hit or miss but an adjacent st just 1 min walk away always has parking
