A few minutes’ walk to Pontcanna and Llandaff Fields, with independent stores and coffee shops nearby. There’s a bus stop about 30 seconds away with regular routes into the centre, or it’s around a 25-minute walk.

The flat is fully furnished throughout, with a double shower, washing machine and dryer, and a dishwasher.

This is a quiet flat and suits someone who values that. It works best for someone who treats home as a place to sleep and recharge, and who keeps shared spaces very clean and tidy.

I'm out at work most days. Once I'm home, I tend to keep to myself, and I'm looking for someone similar. You'd ideally be independent, have your own routines outside of the flat, and a working professional that doesn't work from home more than a couple of days a week.

It would be a bonus if you’re vegetarian or vegan, as it makes sharing kitchenware easier, but this isn’t essential.

I’m into films, hiking/running, football, art, coffee/wine, so it helps if we share a couple of those.

Bills are approximately £230 per month.
