I'm unfortunately having to move out of our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Cardiff Bay, for personal reasons. The Victoria Wharf apartment is located in the beautiful Cardiff Marina, that has lots of shops and cafe's near by, as well as the international pool and gym. There are train and bus services that run near by, taking you into the centre and around Cardiff, as well as close links to the M4.
The room is double and comes furnished with a bed, fitted wardrobe and drawers within the wardrobe. The apartment is spacious, light and sits with a water view of the River Ely. The bathroom is shared with one other female. There's plenty of space in the kitchen, with a fitted fridge, freezer, washer dryer and a dishwasher. There's also a 24 hour concierge service.
The girls who currently live there, and will be your flatmates, are currently a working professional and a mature student. They are ages 27 and are super friendly, welcoming and all around wonderful company. They are very clean and tidy and would love to share the space with someone who is similar.
Bills are currently £166, bringing the total rent at the moment to £666. This includes:
- council tax
- wifi (with netflix account included)
- electricity
- a parking space
The electricity and wifi bill can fluctuate ever so slightly but not on a regular basis.
We have 2 available parking spaces within the development and there's additional, free parking available just a short walk away. The girls already have a car each so we rotate the parking spaces weekly with once every 3 weeks using the free parking available nearby.
Please note, there are works going on at the development at the moment, meaning there will be scaffolding on the building, obstructing the balcony view, scheduled from May 2026 to March 2027. This has resulted in a rent reduction to £500, each. This will go back up to £583 each once the works have been completed. We've been advised noise will be kept to a minimum and are regularly updated on the works.
