Lovely double room in a 4 bedroom house. Very close to the city centre (10 min walk max). On street permit parking available. Will be sharing with the landlord only. Other room(s) are listed on airbnb and tend to be booked at weekends only. No en suite, but there are 2 bathrooms. Large eat in kitchen, cosy lounge with wood burning stove. There is a dining room which i have my desk in for working from home. Big loft and cellar for storage. Rent includes all bills and a cleaner that comes every other week to clean communal spaces.
