Room available in friendly house in Pontcanna

Looking for 1 person to join our house on September 7th. There may be scope to move into the room earlier if needed (will need to be discussed).
New folks must be comfortable with subletting and longer term lets will be prioritised.

The current housemates are Sam (he/him) Rhys (he/him), Pam (She/Her) Ewan (he/him) and Selom (he/they). We are a mostly queer, neurodivergent, creative, household and aged 25-29. We enjoy films, music, cooking, and socialising (but also respect each others space and have plenty of time to ourselves :)

The house is located just off Cowbridge Road East near Home Bargains. There is one double room available on the 3rd floor, unfurnished.

We have a spacious but cosy communal living room with sofas, desks, TV and a piano. We come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, so out schedules are usually quite staggered (meaning no rush for the shower in the morning). The kitchen has lots of room and a dining table, as well as a utility room and pantry. The bathroom has a shower over bath and a toilet, with an extra toilet room just next door. There’s a garden too!

There is parking outside with a permit and good bus links. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town and easy access into Bute Park too.

No couples or pets, sorry!
