Short-Mid Term Room in North Cardiff

I am looking for a housemate to move into my 3-bedroom house (2 bedrooms and a storage/office space). I am looking for a professional (ideally not WFH as there’s not masses of office space) and someone friendly, respectful and will keep the shared spaces clean and tidy 😊 I am a teacher and a keen climber and runner so I am out a lot (including evening's and weekends), so much or the time you will have the house to yourself.

The house has a bathroom (bath+shower), lounge, dining room, kitchen, small office and garage.

The house is just off Caerphilly Road close to amenities, parks, bus routes and places to eat and is a great place to base yourself. The Heath Hospital is also only a 10 minute walk through the park. I've put on the advert that max is 6 months but this may change.
