2 rooms available in 2 bed townhouse

In the large double room I am looking for a short-term lodger while I am away and the smaller spare room is for a longer term lodger. So please, read this carefully:

Room 1:

Looking for someone to rent my room from as early as 3 August - 3-6 September for max 1 month only while I am travelling in Europe. Open to a couple and even a well behaved pet. You may even have the whole house to yourself. This is temporary only and you would be an excluded occupier as normally this is my home. If you like the house, you are very welcome to have a discussion with me if you wish to stay, I may be happy for you to move into my spare double room for reduced rent when I am back if it isn’t already occupied.

Room 2:

Vacant room available in a 2-bed home from today walking distance to Cardiff city centre, overlooking the garden.

Looking to make a friend that I'd like to live with! Available immediately, min term 1 month and max 6 months - 1 year. Happy to do a shorter trial period for both of us. This double room does not suit a couple unless you are minimalists - but in seriousness, I do not want to live with a couple. It’s not my first rodeo.

Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom between you and me.

Rent for both rooms includes bills, wifi, house insurance and council tax. 1-2 months minimum stay

Street resident and guest permit parking available.

Open to the idea of a pet if they have a fitting personality.

I am an easygoing but house-proud vegetarian, single, creative in my 20s, neurodivergent and queer. Work in TV as a Researcher alongside freelance photography and gig work as a dog walker. Super into music, theatre, walking, camping and wanting to get back into sports and martial arts. I mentioned I am queer but I am open to straights as long as you are respectful. Similar with meat eaters, just don’t offer me meat and I will respect your choices if you respect mine.
