I'm a single mum and health professional living with my sociable 4 year old son. I'm looking for another professional female to share the house with, partly to help with the rental cost and partly for company. The spacious attic room is available immediately and has its own ensuite bathroom. The living room is cozy and the dining room and kitchen are well equipped. Wi-Fi signal is excellent. Parking is available on the street via resident permit. The garden/yard is big enough for outdoor dining. I've planted various flowers so it's not all concrete. We've lived in the property for 18 months now so everything works. When occasionally things have needed fixing, CPS Homes have been speedy and efficient with repairs. This tenancy would particularly suit e. g. a trainee teacher or educational/clinical psychologist, other health professional or similar. Once agreed, the new tenant would need to go through CPS Homes for all of their reference checks and contracting etc. The landlady lives offsite and has already approved a second occupant can move in.

Bills included are: WiFi, TV licence, Netflix and Prime video. Bills not included and to be discussed: Energy, Water and Council tax (Band E).

The house is situated a stones throw from the shops and restaurants on Cowbridge Road East and the brilliant Chapter Arts Centre. It takes 25 mins to walk to the city centre or it's a 15 min drive/bus or a 10 min cycle. Ninian Park train station is 8 minutes walk away and three beautiful parks are in easy walking distance: Thompsons Park, Victoria Park and Bute Park.
