Room in a family home

We’re a family of 6 ! Which means lots of busyness. We appreciate someone who’s okay living in a generally noisy environment (mostly in evenings as some are in school in the day). They would also need to know how to be respectful towards children. We would also need them to be clean in their space.
We’re a respectful family who do a lot for our community. We also work from home most days and have two young children at home during the day. Kitchen/dining and living room will be shared spaces.
Location is super close to lots of amenities, 10 min away from Heath hospital, Aldi Lidl and Morrisons all walking distances, Birchgrove train station is 3 min away and a bus stop is 5 min away. Local Rhiwbina village is 5 min away too. Quiet area with lots of families.

All bills are included including council tax.
