I’m looking for a full time student to take over my tenancy in a 34–35m² Premium Studio, available from 1 February 2027 until 27 August 2027.

The accommodation is located on City Road, with a range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other amenities nearby. It is also within easy reach of Cardiff University and other university facilities, making it a convenient location for students.

The studio is fully self-contained and includes a double bed, under-bed storage, a spacious wardrobe, bedside cabinets, USB sockets and reading lights. There is also a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and mirrored storage.

The studio has a fully equipped private kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, as well as a furnished living/study area with a sofa, desk, chair, coffee table and notice board.

Bills and Wi-Fi are included, including electricity, gas, water and contents insurance. Council tax is not applicable as this is student-only accommodation.
