The other tenants are all females so a female would be strongly preferred. There is a mix of masters students/working, some on two year graduate visas. This is a reasonably quiet house. All very friendly. Undergraduate/Masters student would be ideal

The room available is the downstairs middle room, with a double bed, IKEA wardrobe, desk, chest. Recently refurbished.

The house has one bathroom and a second toilet.

Rent is £490pm including utility bills, council tax where applicable, water and wireless broadband. Bills normally per room amount to £100 -£120 pp so this is a net £390 - £400pm
