The room comes with its own private bathroom, and the flat has a shared kitchen/living area. The building also has excellent communal facilities, including a gym, co-working spaces, residents’ lounge and rooftop area. Wi-Fi is included.

Rent is £660 per month, with bills/council tax separate. You would be sharing the flat with one other tenant and a cat.

The tenancy runs until 31 May 2027, and I’m looking for someone to take over my place on the existing tenancy, subject to approval by the property management.

Ideally looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate who would be comfortable sharing with one other person and a cat.
