It’s a cozy and comfy room at the front of our back yard! The back yard comes with coffee table and yard chairs perfect for a cup of tea in the evening! Also we do have a separate water line in our back yard perfect for a barabeque night! The house comes with 4 separate rooms and two shared restrooms! My housemates are fun, loving and likes to keep our place neat and tidy! So we expect someone to do the same! I’am the one who is going to move out from the house! Since my housemates are from different regions (Honk kong, India and UK) they get along with everyone so easily! All are professionals though! The rent of the room is 530 pounds excluding bills! If you’re interested! Kindly text me!
