I am looking for a full-time student to take over my official tenancy contract for an Extra Large Standard Double En-Suite room at The Bakery (managed by Unite Students).

I am upgrading to a studio, so this room is available immediately for an official contract transfer through the accommodation management team.

【Tenancy Details】
- Rent: £167 per week (All bills included: water, electricity, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and contents insurance)
- Contract Dates: From now until 23rd July 2027 (Check-out date)
- Move-in Date: Available immediately
- Security Deposit: £250 (Paid directly to Unite Students during the official booking process, NOT to me privately)
Room & Apartment Features】
- Your Room: Extra Large room, fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves, study desk, and a chair. It comes with your own private en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink).
- Shared Area: A spacious, modern kitchen and living area fully equipped with an oven, stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and a dining table shared with friendly flatmates.
