King size room available in Grangetown

Hi!
I'm looking for someone friendly and easy-going to rent a room in my home.

The house has been recently renovated with a large, open plan kitchen and dining room, and French doors out to the lovely garden which gets full summer sun. The bedroom is really light and spacious, with a king size bed, lots of storage/wardrobe space, a chest of drawers and dressing table. There is one bathroom with a large shower, freestanding bath and laundry cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is in Grangetown, just by Taff Embankment park on the river. It's approximately 7 mins walk to Cardiff Central station, 4 mins to Grangetown station, 10 mins into the city centre and Bute Park, and 15 mins to the bay. There are multiple great shops (Tesco, Clare Foods, Polish supermarket Delikatesy Mis), restaurants (Matsudai Ramen, Vegetarian Food Studio, Le Mandela etc), a bakery, coffee shops and more close by.
Rent is £650, with £150 for bills (CT and utilities) and there is on street parking available.

About me:
My name is Faye (35), I'm an ecologist and work mostly from home. During the week, I usually prefer a quiet night and an early start, so would appreciate someone with a similar schedule. At weekends I love getting out in nature, camping , hiking and surfing. I'm happy for a chilled night in with a movie but occasionally like to go for the odd drink out. I have a dog, Colin, and a cat, Bonnie, who are both very calm and super friendly - you may snuggle if you wish.
