My partner and I are looking for someone to take over our lovely two-bedroom flat in Gramercy Tower, as unforeseen circumstances and unexpected vet bills mean we need to leave our tenancy early.
The flat is on the 12th floor with fantastic views across Cardiff, and it’s only around a two-minute walk to Cardiff Central station—ideal for commuting or being close to everything in town.
