Single Bedroom for Rent - Cardiff

I'm advertising a single room in a recently refurbished property in the CF23 area of Cardiff.

I'm a pretty relaxed and approachable landlord, and my main priority is to maintain a clean, comfortable and peaceful home where everyone feels welcome.

The house has recently undergone refurbishment, so the new occupant will have the opportunity to move into a fresh, modern and well-maintained living space.

I don't have many rules, but there are a few basic expectations:

- Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself, particularly after cooking, and help keep communal areas tidy.
- Noise: Be considerate of others, especially during the evenings and at night.
- Respect: Treat your housemates, neighbours and the property with respect.

The current housemates are friendly, clean and tidy, and I'm looking for someone who shares these qualities and will contribute to the positive atmosphere in the house.

The property is situated in a pleasant residential area with friendly neighbours. It's important to me that we maintain good relationships with those living nearby, so consideration for neighbours is equally important.

Overall, I'm not looking to impose lots of rules or constantly check up on people. I simply want everyone to enjoy their own space while being respectful of the people they share a home with.
