Double room in Adamsdown Square

Room available in two bed flat in Adamsdown Square. Located very close to city centre and the University of South Wales. Walking distance to Queen Street station, Tesco express/local Morrisons.

Cheap rent, bills not included but overall a really good deal.

Room includes bed and all cupboards + mirror. Desk, chair and tv pictured in the room are my old flatmate’s.

In the kitchen there’s a washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer etc. Living room has tv and a couple sofas and there’s a little dining spot as well. Shared bathroom.

Permitted parking on the street outside flat. There is also a small garden space out the back.

Seeking a friendly, sociable and tidy flatmate who wants a clean and respected space. I am a self-employed film professional and also a full time student so am quite busy, but would be up for a chill social now and again. It’s a bonus if your into films/creative things :)

If interested, please message me a little about yourself and when you are available for a viewing and we can arrange it.
