Description
2 ROOMS AVAILABLE IN ROATH, CARDIFF 🩷
Looking for two lovely housemates to move into my current 3 bed flat in Roath from July 2027!
About the flat:
Great location in Roath, around a 20-minute walk to Cardiff city centre
Two bus stops right next to the flat
Room 1: Bedroom with its own en-suite and mirrored wardrobe
Room 2: A much bigger bedroom with loads of space
💸 £550 rent starting from July
💡 Bills have been around £40 per person per month
I won’t be living in the flat during July and August, so there’s more space available
Parking is available with extra cost through the council
The pictures are from the website, so I can send over actual photos of the rooms and flat if you’re interested! ✨✨
If you’re looking for somewhere to live or know anyone who is, pop me a PM for more info xx
