Remaining housemates - mixed male/female young professional 1 girl and 3 guys aged 28 to 35. One of the housemates is away traveling in Far East Asia for a few months so won’t be around. He loves the house that much he's paid for his his room for 4 months to keep it while travelling!!

Looking for a sociable non-smoking young professional or postgrad/mature student (willing to pay share of council tax which is included in the bills quoted above). The housemates would prefer a FEMALE to keep the house mixed.
