Double Room near Roath Park and Albany Rd.

Hi, I have a nice double room available to rent in a quiet shared house close to Roath Park and Albany Road. It is a comfortable upstairs room with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack and a desk.

The house is sociable and friendly but mostly quiet. There is a sitting room with open fire, dining room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a garden.

The area is quiet and family-friendly, close to Roath Park with easy access to Cardiff University, Heath Hospital and bus routes to the city centre and walking distance to Albany Rd and Wellfield rd.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax and water rates) so no surprises when the energy cap increases. Also includes high speed WiFi internet. There is full central heating, shower, washing machine etc.

The room will be available from November.
Single occupant only - no couples.
No smokers please.

Would suit a professional or post-graduate/mature student. I would like to find someone who will fit in and get on with the current housemates so please include some details about yourself - occupation, interests etc and also let me know when you would need the room and how long you expect to stay.
