Room available on long or short term let, in lovely house in Cathays, Cardiff; for quiet students or working professionals. Good sized furnished rooms. Bathroom and shower room. Shared kitchen and living room. Nice outside courtyard. No parking restrictions in some areas outside.
It is on a variable rolling contract, in our quiet, friendly, mixed household; professionals/post grads students. Everyone is friendly but also respectful of each other’s space/privacy. It is generally a quiet household.
The all-inclusive price is £555
It's in a nice quiet area; a short walk (about 15 minutes) into Cardiff city centre or universities and train station, but also just along the road from lovely Roath Park with lovely lakes and activities. Great for running etc. There's also a great leisure centre nearby, with a pool. There is a sunny courtyard/ artificial grass, at the back of the house! It's also a nice short walk to The Heath Hospital (UHW), for anyone working there
There is some unrestricted parking outside the house with easy access to the motorway.
It’s a straightforward drive to Bridgend; about half an hour.
