Stunning rooms for rent all refurbished new bed and mattress never been used 1st room is an attic conversion with a double bed settee with computer sound system tv and lots of storage space 2nd room has a brand new double bed with plenty of wardrobe space and a separate conservatory with tv with cinema surround sound that will be used by the new tenant there is a shared bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a very large kitchen with your own fridge and freezer I am very laid back but I would like the rooms and the house to be kept clean this is a must as I have had tenants that think the cleaning fairies come in and do the cleaning lol the rent would be paid by direct debt every week there is a huge kitchen with all mod cons to share and also if you would like to know any more details then get in touch I have many more pics of the property and I am willing to send via e mail There is a bus route on the doorstep and its a 5min journey into Cardiff town centre buses run every ten mins Although The house has off road secure gated parking and a beautiful landscape garden there is also a washer dryer and fast broadband I have had many tenants over the years and class them all as good friends and I am sure you will find the house more of a home in a very short space of time if you would like any more info please don't hesitate to call or text me with the mobile number supplied MOST IMPORTANT NEW TENANT HAS TO BE GENUINELY DOG FRIENDLY . There is a large shed in the garden for storage if you have any bulky items also a hot tub that can also be used if and when you need it.
