The bedroom has a small table, chair, TV, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and double bed (wrong bedroom in photo, I have to take another photo).

There is a shared upstairs bathroom & downstairs toilet, the landlady has the main bedroom which is an en-suite. There is a shared kitchen/breakfast room leading onto the laundry room. Use of large back and front gardens with summerhouse, decking and patio, use of BBQ for entertaining. Family and friends can visit and stay overnight for a limited time of 5 nights, in your room.

You are limited to the type of pet you can have in the house. Small caged animals are fine. I have 3 cats that live in the house, all well behaved and very loving. They are mainly outside or lazying in my bedroom. I also have 2 guinea pigs that are inside until the summer.
