We're looking for recent graduates or someone in their 20s or early 30s who enjoys a sociable house.

The house is on Pen Y Lan Rd near Roath Park. It's within walking distance of the city centre and has excellent transport links; there are lots of shops and cafes nearby.

Zebedee Asset Management Limited are owner landlords, we don't use agents, and there are no administration fees. Your deposit is equivalent to one month's rent (Subject to status) and bills are shared with co-tenants (~£75 per month).
