Double Bedroom with En-suite and Sitting Area

This is our spacious double bedroom with en-suite and sitting area in the lower ground floor in our Cardiff Bay home.

I work in London, so only my husband is here and he visits London quite often. He is fluent in Welsh and English. The living room and kitchen are shared with our lodger.

We prefer postgraduate students or professionals who are gay friendly. We expect you to keep your place and shared spaces clean and tidy.

No over night visitors (except agreed prior).

Internet and council tax are included. You'll contribute to the actual usage of electricity, gas and water bill (approx. £30-40/w).
