One room available in a shared flat in the wonderful gated society in Cardiff Bay. It’s a fully furnished flat and available for let. You would have a separate room, a family bathroom to yourself, a dedicated balcony access from your room facing the trees. Your room has a single convertible double bed, a study table and a decent cupboard space. Living room and kitchen is shared.

All bills are included.

The flat is located next to the beautiful Cardiff Bay, 5 mins walk from Mermaid Quay. It is quite a happening area of Cardiff with loads of great places around to socialise and relax. The society is fully secure with many in-house amenities such as pool, gym and sauna.

I would like to share this flat with a working professional preferably. I work in a hybrid set up and alternate between WFH and office visit. I am looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the flat clean, with weekly cleaning duties shared between us.

I have done many house-shares in the past and I enjoy decent company and conversations. I respect mutual privacy and enjoy cooking meals together once in a while. It is not for couples and pets are not allowed unfortunately (although I love them).
