One room available in a shared flat in the wonderful gated society in Cardiff Bay. It’s a fully furnished flat and available for a short term let. You would have a separate room, a family bathroom to yourself, a separate balcony access from your room facing the trees. Your room has a single convertible double bed, a study table and a decent cupboard space. Living room and kitchen is shared. All bills are included.

The flat is located next to the beautiful Cardiff Bay, 5 mins walk from Mermaid Quay. It quite a happening area of Cardiff with loads of great places around to socialise and relax. The society has a full time concierge facility along with gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna access.

I would like to share this flat with a working professional. I usually work from home and go to office once or twice a week. I like my house clean and would like to share weekly cleaning duties. Don’t bother if you are not into cleaning.

I have done many bnbs/sparerooms in the past and enjoy decent company and conversations. I respect mutual privacy and enjoy cooking meals together once in a while. It is not for couples and pets are not allowed unfortunately (although I love them).
