One downstairs bedroom up for rent

We have one downstairs double rooms in a friendly 3 person houseshare available from 1st February 2026

We are preferably looking for someone who is working.

Large kitchen with dining table, nice decking (with door access from downstairs bedroom) and newly decorated throughout. Bills included (TV licence and broadband), tenants pay water/gas/electric, council tax(only if they are working) between them.

We are both clean and tidy people to live with and we are looking for someone who will also respect the house in the same way.

On street parking and a 2 second walk to shops on Albany road and the lovely Roath park.
