Bright and spacious double room in Cathays

Hi,

I’ve got a double room to rent on the border of Cathays and Roath, and a 20 minute walk into town. The room comes with a decent sized wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a double bed with under bed storage.

The house is fully furnished with sofa, fridge, freezer, oven/cooker, microwave and air fryer.

The property has a garden and you have an endless supply of shops and restaurants 30 seconds away on Crwys Road.

Some bills are included (internet and water) - council tax, gas and electricity will be split based on usage.

I live here with my two cats and whilst I’m friendly and enjoy socialising, the cats are scared of people and so the ideal flatmate would be considerate of that and not have frequent visitors.

Ideally you’d be an experienced flat-sharer, clean up after yourself and keep the place tidy (I’m not OCD about it but do enjoy living in a clean and tidy house).

I’m a Civil Servant and work from home 4 days so it would be good to find someone who works in the office some of the time :)

You’ll have a lodging contract with a minimum of 3 months stay.
