Great deal in October!

One upstairs rear room, large and very bright. Fully furnished with large bed. Share bathroom and kitchen with resident owner. No lounge.
Included in the rent is the wifi, water bills and council tax. The router is in the bedroom and the house owner uses a different internet account. Space indoors for a bike. Car parking outside the house possible with permit.
Owner speaks three languages and is university educated and ideally looking for a multilingual postgrad or ex uni person. He's not a vegetarian or vegan. Neither religious or overly spiritual.
Prefer a female as past experiences with male lodgers never worked out well with cleanliness in the bathroom and kitchen.

Owner quite quiet and would want someone that's not too loud.

The rent is cheap as there is no shared lounge and also the reason for having a lodger is that although peace and tranquillity is key it's also possible for it to be too quiet.

I'm abroad till September and my current lodger after 5 years in the house called me last week to say she is off to Brighton to do a PHD. So I've no photos till me return.

The bills. That's gas and electricity. Summer months its around £25 -£55 each, winter is unpredictable, depending on weather and things like whether a lodger is in the house all day and night working on their Phd or Masters etc. So winter months have this winter been as high as £150 each.
