Available NOW for the 2026/27 Academic Year. Looking for a student housemate to join a friendly, sociable house of five 20-21-year-old guys (3rd year and placement students) on Arabella Street, Cathays/Roath.

• Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (one with a bath) plus a separate toilet.
• Communal Area: Large, open-plan lounge/kitchen with leather sofas, TV, breakfast bar, American fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and washer/dryer.
• Small enclosed garden with secure side access for bike storage, and on-street residents' parking.

📍 The Location (Arabella St - Cathays/Roath)
• 10 min walk: Cardiff Uni Students' Union & main Cathays Park campus.
• 15 min walk: City Centre.
• 2 min walk: Tesco, local shops, post office, bus stops, pubs, and Crwys Road restaurants.

👥 Who You’ll Be Living With
We are five sociable, easy-going guys aged 20–21 studying a mix of Business, Economics, Bioscience, and Policing at Cardiff Uni and Cardiff Met (Reuben, Theo, Charles, Jack, and Owen). Three of us lived here last year, and two joined this September. We’re good friends who enjoy hanging out, so we’re looking for another sociable male student of a similar age to join the house.

💳 Key Details & Bills
• Rent: £510 per month (£118 per week) excluding bills.
• Bills: Approx. £80 per month per person.
• Deposit: £250 per person.
• Contract: Joint tenancy agreement running until 30 June 2027.
