I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on Malefant Street, Cathays, Cardiff.

* Located upstairs, towards the middle of the house

* Fully furnished shared kitchen
* 2 bathrooms
* No parking available
* Bikes can be kept in the garden or alley behind the house

👥 HOUSEMATES
You would be sharing with 4 second-year Cardiff University students (2 boys, 1 girl, 1 non-binary person) aged 19–21.
They are all friendly and sociable, while also respecting each other's personal space and quiet time.

💷 TENANCY DETAILS
* £550 pcm
* October rent has already been paid
* Bills are not included, currently around £50–£70 pcm
* Tenancy ends 30 June 2027
* Replacement tenancy can begin on the 1st of each calendar month
* Ideally available from 1 November 2026

* 25-minute walk to Heath Park Campus
* 20-minute walk to Cardiff city centre
