Description
Nice house, there would be 4 other boys as housemates. There’s 2 spacious bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. 2 fridges and freezers, a washing machine and tumble dryer. Rent is £515/month and £560 roughly with bills. Good location in Cathays, 2 minute walk to Tesco and round the corner from a pub. Mixed of students and one non student. All sporty and very friendly.
