1 double room available to rent in lovely home

Hi, i now have one double room available for rent. The home is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and other furniture could be purchased if needed. The house has three bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single. Depending on my work I may be a partime live in landlord, 3 months in the winter, as I live elsewhere for the spring, summer and autum months. There is a garden, for which I try to have a gardener to keep it tidy (sometimes yhey just do not turn up) The house is close to the bus route to Cardiff city centre, and from it, there is easy to access to most parts of the city via public transport. It is also on an easy route to the M4. Good local shops and all amenities close by. There is no off road parking, but usually plenty of space outside the house.
