I have a furnished double room available on the ground floor of my townhouse . Also located on the ground floor, the bedroom comes with your own shower room and kitchenette which is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, therefore quite self-contained. Female's only.
I've just finished decorating the room and it will have a TV included which you can't see in the photo. I'm currently re-vamping the shower room with a new vanity unit and new tiles etc hence why the room won't be available until end of August.
This is for a Monday - Friday let. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, and near to shops, post office and there is also a bus stop at the end of the road.
