I have a furnished double room available on the ground floor of my townhouse . The room also comes with your own shower room and kitchenette. Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The bedroom, shower room and kitchenette are all on the ground floor therefore quite self-contained. Females only.
I've just finished decorating the room and it will have a TV included which you can't see in the photo. Parking available.
The rent is £135s for a Monday - Friday let and £35 per night for additional stay on Sundays. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, and near to shops, post office and there is also a bus stop at the end of the road which goes directly to Cardiff town center.
For those working in TV whom I usually rent the room to, Roath lock and Seren studios are about a 20 minute drive away.
