As my own kitchen and living accommodation are upstairs, your area of the house is largely self-contained, giving you your own space to relax after work.
There is off-road parking available, and the house is situated in a quiet residential area close to local shops and a post office. The Number 61 bus stop is just at the end of the road, providing a 20 minute direct route into Cardiff city centre.
I'm looking for a clean, tidy and considerate professional who is seeking a comfortable base during the working week.
