I’m a Christian and regularly attend church, so I value a peaceful, tidy, and positive living environment. I'd love to share the space with someone who appreciates a calm home rather than a party house.
What I'm looking for in a flatmate:
• In full-time employment (working outside the home or standard daytime hours preferred)
• Clean, considerate, and tidy in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom)
• Non-smoker (no smoking or vaping in or around the property)
• Respectful of a quiet household routine
• Note on guests: While occasional daytime visitors are fine, this is a quiet, private home rather than a busy social hub, and I'm looking for someone who suits a more settled lifestyle. Large sunny furnished room is located 6 minutes from Heath hospital, 6 mins drive from UHW and David lloyds. Very close to library ,shops, bus routes, town centre, parks and gyms. .. . Lots of outside space all round....large fully tiled bathroom overlooking garden with walk in gas heated shower and separate bath . Baxi boiler gch. Black goods in kitchen ,conduction hob cooker, fridgefreezer, microwave , coffee machine, washing machine. Internet and tv in room. Enclosed private garden has a pegoda and a wood burner ,BBQ. female preferred. Bills included as long as reasonable usage. I have a small dog and a cat. Thank you for looking
