Description
Hi guys!
I have a room to lease in my home after almost coming to the end of its refurbishment - there’s definitely enough room to share.
The house has 4 bedrooms and I’m renting just one.
The bedroom is a generous double, and the main bathroom is next door, I’m happy for the successful tenant to have that one to themselves.
Other rooms include:
2 further bathrooms (inc a wet room)
2 living rooms
Large spacious hallway
Office
Kitchen and a dining room.
The house has fibre internet and Sky Tv
I live in a quiet area with walking distance to 2 pubs, post office and a shop.
My house is down a private secure lane, with parking plus a double drive.
I am looking for a professional who is tidy and can enjoy this space. Will consider Monday to Friday for a reduced rate,
I’m a LGBT and my job is professional- I work from home a lot so would need someone who is considerate of this :)
If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a message
