I am a retired solicitor, divorced , daughters grown up . I enjoy all sports , am active .I sing and also perform in local theatre productions .I live alone in a comfortable terraced Victorian home . I am sociable .Your privacy and space will be respected .Sharing my home you can enjoy use of a sitting room , lounge and dining room, kitchen with all domestic facilities and appliances you will need , a ground floor Wc . There are Tv’s in both lounge and sitting room and log burners in each of those rooms .There is a rear garden ..There is a double bedroom currently available for one person .The house is perfectly located in Penarth , just a few minutes walk from the train station (with a 13 minute direct ride to Cardiff), town centre , shops , cafes and restaurants and of course the sea front . There is one bathroom on the first floor with walk in shower There is BT broadband . The rooms are furnished . There is bedding which you may use should you so wish.. The same charges apply to each bedroom .The bedrooms are available for a weekly 5 night stay Sun eve /Monday -Thursday evening/Friday morning at a charge of £160. Shorter stays are charged at £35 /night .
