3 bed house (third room used as dressing room) in Penarth Marina, on the waterfront. Shared bathroom upstairs with toilet downstairs and open living room/ diner and kitchen space.
House is furnished with my own furniture, white goods and accessories, so I am looking for someone who will respect my belongings as much as their own 😊 Bedroom is furnished with a bed only.
Free roadside parking / free car park a couple of minutes walk away.

Rent is £425 per each month.

Water - £25
Gas and electric is variable (approx £40 each in summer months - £80 each in winter months)
