Cute maisonette flat in Penarth

Hi! We're looking to fill the spare room in our apartment in Penarth. The room is large and comes with an ensuite, the room is unfurnished, so feel free to decorate from scratch!
Move in date 1st Jan.

We focus on having a comfy cosy house where you can relax. So we're looking for someone that prioritises keeping things clean.
We both love evenings in with a film or tv series, but also love crafting and cooking.
But! We both also love going to the pub, and going to gigs.

There is a large kitchen, with a dining room table, and two fridges. The living room is separate, with lovely natural light throughout the whole house.
There is a shared bathroom, where the shower is, and the bedroom comes with it's own toilet, sink and bathtub.
We have a balcony, where during the summer, flowers and even vegetables are attempting to grow.
There is plenty of storage throughout the entire place, with attic space, and a little storage room for overflow.

The flat is above a nursery, so Monday to Friday , 7:30am-6pm we have downstairs neighbours, but after 6pm and on the weekend they're gone!

The flat is in council band F.
We have a set pricing on water, electricity and heating from the landlady. As we are connected to the nursery. But pay for our own wifi and council tax.
Bills haven't changed in the year we have already spent here, so that allows less stress on our behalf.

The price of £725.58 includes, rent, bills, wifi and council tax.

There is free parking all around the house so no resident permits needed.
10 Minute walk from train station and regular buses a few minutes away. Only a 13 minute train to get to Cardiff Central.

We're looking for someone that will not have their partner stay for extended periods, as to be fair to the flat and to stay within terms of the preexisting housing contract.
