Quiet modern 4 bedroom house

We are a family of four with a Jack Russell .My son no longer lives at home and so have a small single room to rent out. My daughters would feel more comfortable with a girl .She needs to be a non smoker please and tidy. We are a great fun loving family who just enjoy life and others. A lovely quiet location with plenty of on rd parking around the house. You can come and go as you please, and use all the facilities of the house. We are extremely easy going so you, d be treated as part of the family.
