Little Purple House

Hello Spare room dwellers,

I am Jayde, the owner of the house here in Birdwell. I am co-operatively minded and have spent a lot of time living in large communal spaces over the years. I am a full time artist and would like the space to ideally go to another passing creative. But am open to people from all walks of life.

I am well travelled, curious, open minded, kind and
'a don't sweat the small stuff' kind of character. The space would be best suited to someone who is relaxed, easy going and good vibes. I like things to be tidy-ish but value tolerance over obsessive cleanliness and good energy over immaculate surfaces. That been said I like things to be hygienic and not too disorderly.

I like to keep the space tranquil and where possible peaceful but can also be quite energetic and am running an art business from the space.

I am open to short term lets depending on some factors to be discussed later.

I am also vegetarian so would gel best with another non meat eater or someone who doesn't cook too much meat can be catered to.

I have an 'outdoor' cat meaning she has a cat flap so no litter tray kerfuffle. Part of my reason for wanting a short term house mate is seeking someone who loves animals and would assist with the occasional cat feeding duty (as I sometimes need to work away). So do get in touch if this is you, she is a very affectionate little lady and you will be adorned with lots of cat attention and stroke times.

The house is furnished and has a garden with a little firepit and some nice herbs to be used if that is your jam.

All bills are included. Can be discussed upon finding suitable people for the space.
