Single room (with double bed) - Female preferred

Good-sized single available. It has a double bed in it in the pictures, but this can be changed to a single if more space is preferred. Also, there is a wardrobe in this room - it just isn't in view on the poor pictures, sorry.

I'm a live-in landlady but have my own living room and bathroom (separate to the rooms shown in the pictures) - the only room I share is the kitchen... and I'm not in there that much). This is a very easy-going/chilled house.

There are two shy but friendly cats that wander the house and I also have pet chickens, rabbits and two small parrots that can sing for a couple of minutes here and there during the day, so animal lovers only please.

Outside there is a large studio which could potentially be used for yoga etc.

No smoking or vaping inside the house.
