Single room in large house - Females only pls

One single room available in nice large house, all bills included. I'm a live-in landlady but have my own living room separate to the large living room and dining room in the pictures which are for my lodgers. We are easy-going, non-smokers and I have a shy but friendly cat who shares the house, so housemates need to be ok with that. I also have pet rabbits and chickens in the back garden. While I wouldn't mind anyone bringing small pets, I'm afraid a dog won't be possible because of my old cat, rabbits and chickens who free-range in the back garden.

The single bedroom does have a wardrobe (not shown on picture) and there is additional storage available for that room on the landing directly next to it.

The bathroom shown will be shared by three people (I have my own), but due to differing work schedules there never seem to be any clashes.

In the garden there is a large studio which could be used for yoga or as a gym etc.

While I've selected a maximum time as six months, it's possible this could be extended.
