I'm a live-in landlady but have my own living room and bathroom (separate to the rooms shown in the pictures) - the only room I share is the kitchen... and I'm not in there that much. This is a very easy-going/peaceful house.
I have a friendly old cat that wanders the house and I also have pet chickens in the garden, plus two rabbits and two small parrots in my room that you will hear squawk here and there during the day, so animal lovers only please.
The bathroom is shared with two other people - one of which is only around at weekends that you will rarely see.
There is an ADDITIONAL STORAGE CUPBOARD in the hallway, by the door of this room for anyone who takes it.
Outside there is a studio which could potentially be used for yoga or as a gym.
No smoking or vaping inside the house and no 'homeworkers' please.
The rent will need to be paid by standing order/direct debit on the same date each month.
