Located in the desirable area of Dore, 5 miles from Sheffield city centre, and within reach of the Peak District national park (10 mins drive)

6-7 mins walk to bus stop (No 97, 98) and Dore & Totley railway station (6 min. to Sheffield city centre by train, 20-25 min. by bus)

2 friendly dogs; 1 large and 1 small. The dogs usually stay in the kitchen/utility/conservatory (However, this may not suitable for people with dogs hair allergies or don’t like dogs)

3-6 months stay £800 per month

🔸Duvet & covers, bed sheets, towels, blanket provided, wardrobe, coffee corner with kettle in the room
🔸Guest’s own TV room and a mini fridge + shared main fridge
🔸Fully equipped shared large kitchen. There is a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker pots pans, plates, cups, cutlery etc (My husband doesn’t cook and I mainly cook very late)
🔸Main sitting room (kids use when they come home now and again) dining room, front & back garden, summer house (can store bikes or use as a day office if required in summer), lots of space - you will hardly see us
🔺No pets (already got 2 dogs)
🔺No electric vehicle charging, portable heater, no smoking, vaping in the house, no use of candles
🔺For safety and hygiene, please do not cook in the bedroom
🔺No parties, no overnight guests, no loud TV between 12am-8am
🔺Heating & Hot water on timer morning & night

My husband early retired, not much socialising, however you will be very happy here if you have work to do, and prefer a quiet lifestyle
