Located in the desirable area of Dore, 5 miles from Sheffield city centre, and within reach of the Peak District national park (10 mins drive)

6-7 mins walk to bus stop (No. 97, 98, and 218) and Dore & Totley railway station (6 mins to Sheffield city centre by train)

1 very small dog at home. She lives downstairs

🔸Duvet & covers, bed sheets, towels, blanket, desk & chair, wardrobe, storage drawers, bedside table, hair dryer, mirror and a fan provided for each room
🔸 Guest own sitting room & main lounge
🔸Fully equipped shared kitchen. There is a dishwasher, large fridge, air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots pans, plates, cups, cutlery etc No washing up. I will put them in the dishwasher at night

I work as a locum (healthcare) and work from home some days.

The other lady works full time as
a chef. We hardly see each other.

Suitable for an independent person who got lots of work to do or can socialise outside home

Occasionally, one of my children (21, 24, 28) may come to visit and use the main lounge to play games. They work/study in different cities

🔺No electric vehicle charging, portable heater, no smoking, no use of candles
🔺No parties, No overnight guest. No loud TV between 12-7am.
🔺No storage for furniture
