Spare room close to Broomhill shops

Amazing house just off the Broomhill shops, within walking distance of all amenities. Pubs close by but no bars so it's not too loud. Close bus routes and short walk to Uni of Sheffield and parts of Hallam Uni.

Currently one room available as housemate had to move out for health reasons.

Current housemate is an easy-going final year Chemistry student who likes playing video games, going to the cinema, and his job at the pub.

Bills all included in the price and good wifi (with boosters!)

Any questions, let me know!
