Room in large family home available

We live in a sought after part of sheffield in Fulwood/lodge moor. We are close to a few of the main bus routes which lead to town. we have private off-road parking. Our house is relatively new just being 10 years old, it has recently been extended downstairs to create a large open space with doors looking out onto the garden. We have three floors and are looking to let out a large room with its own bathroom on the top floor. We have two friendly labradors. We have a cleaner and enjoy keeping our home tidy and organised. We are a welcoming caring family with 2 daughters still at home and are happy to share the space we have with a student or young professional who is self sufficient and wouldn’t mind living in a bustling household.
